You can just picture it, you are rounding a corner, then all of a sudden, there’s a hill! Now what, you just came along a wonderfully flat section of road or trail, and boom, now you have to shift without dropping a chain, losing confidence, and most importantly, losing momentum.
Well… NOW THERE IS AN ANSWER – Become a “Master Gear Shifter”
Within a safe space, we will get you set-up on YOUR bike on either your trainer, or a trainer can be provided for up to 14 participants.
Then under the guidance of your Coach, you will be taken through a variety of repetitive drills to help finally master… “do I hit the small lever or the big one?”, or, “do I turn it toward me or away?”, and finally, “is it my thumb or finger to shift high or low?”
Let the coach take away the mystery around learning how to be masterful with your shifting and ride with confidence.
