Do you want to get Faster, Stronger, Fitter, then joining us on Wednesday nights for our interval sessions, is the quickest way to get there.
With repeating drills on 1.5 – 2km sections of roadway around Halton Region, you will be challenged on flat and fast sections of road, and there will be times you will be getting stronger going up some of our most challenging escarpment climbs.
When: Starting on May 14th and going through until Sept 3rd. (16 Sessions)
Duration: 75 – 90 minutes
MORNING Time: 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM
AFTERNOON Time: 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM
Locations: Various Burlington/Oakville Segments
Cost: $320 (plus OCA Community Membership)
FLEX-PASS: If you would like to be able to choose from week to week which timeslot you come to, you can choose a premium membership of $425, and you can come morning OR evening on any given week. One week a morning is best, come then, next week, evening is best, come then.
PREMIUM PASS: If you would like to come to both morning AND evening, an extra premium membership of $575 and you can come to 32 sessions if you would like.

To start the registration process, please fill out the following form, and you will be emailed the documents required by The Cycling Academy and OC (Ontario Cycling) for the current training season.
Once your information is received, you will get an email outlining the session options you have selected and your payment options will be provided. Once that is completed, you will received the waivers and information collection documents we will need on file.
